Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad ("BHB") has issued the Letter of Acceptance Ref: (111)BHB/21.4/13 dated 13 December 2017 to Portrade International Sdn. Bhd., 1st Floor, No. 7, Lot 8513, Tabuan Stutong Commercial Centre, Jalan Setia Raja, 93350 Kuching, Sarawak for the above contract based inter alia on the following terms and condition:-
1. SCOPE OF CONTRACT
The Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of Financial System for Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad (BPHB) Group (Re-Tender).
2. CONTRACT SUM
The Contract Sum is RINGGIT MALAYSIA: EIGHT MILLION ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT AND SEN NINETY ONE (RM 8,171,498.91) ONLY (excluding 6% GST) which consists of the following:-
i. Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of Financial System for Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad (BPHB) Group in the sum of RINGGIT MALAYSIA: SIX MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FORTY NINE THOUSAND EIGHTY AND SEN ELEVEN (RM 6,549,080.11) ONLY (excluding 6% GST) ; and
ii. Maintenance for five (5) years in the sum of RINGGIT MALAYSIA: ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED TWENTY TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTEEN AND SEN EIGHTY (RM 1,622,418.80) ONLY (excluding 6% GST) from the date after warranty period completed.
3. DURATION OF CONTRACT
The duration of this contract shall be as follows:-

4. LIQUIDATED AND ASCERTAINED DAMAGES ("LAD")
The rate of 0.0219% from the contract sum per day shall be imposed as Liquidated and Ascertained Damages (LAD) for non-performance of the above works.
