Bintulu Port Sdn. Bhd. ("BPSB" or "the Company") a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad ("BHB") has issued the Letter of Acceptance Ref: (120)BHB(BPSB)/21.5/27 dated 30 May 2016 to Bunga Tenaga Sdn. Bhd., No. 118, Lot 3060, 1st Floor, Parkcity Commerce Square, Phase 2, Jalan Tun Ahmad Zaidi, 97011 Bintulu, Sarawak for the above contract based inter alia on the following terms and conditions:-
1. SCOPE OF CONTRACT
Design, Construction, Delivery and Hire of Two (2) Units 45 Tons Bollard Pull Shiphandling Tugs Complete with Crew for Bintulu Port Sdn. Bhd.
2. CONTRACT SUM
The Contract Sum is for Ringgit Malaysia: Fifty Seven Million Nine Hundred Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Six and Sen Ninety (RM57,912,396.90) only (excluding 6% Goods And Services Tax “GST”).
3. DURATION OF CONTRACT
The duration for this contract shall be as follows:-

a. First Hull for a period of sixteen (16) months from the date of Notice to Commence Works.
b. Second Hull for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date of Notice to Commence Works.

Hire of Two (2) units Shiphandling Tugs of 45 tons Bollard Pull Complete with Crew
|
For a period of one hundred and twenty (120) months from the date of Notice to Commence Services with an option to renew for a further period of sixty (60) months. |
4. LIQUIDATED AND ASCERTAINED DAMAGES ("LAD")
A sum of RM 4,000.00 per tug per day shall be imposed as the Liquidated and Ascertained Damages for delay in delivery of the said tugs.
