Renewal of BPHB Corporate Integrity Pledge (CIP)

BINTULU, 31 JULY 2025 – Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad has reaffirmed its commitment to integrity and governance through the renewal of its Corporate Integrity Pledge (CIP) during Bintulu Port Ethics Day 2025.
 

The pledge was led by Hajah Dayang Faizah binti Awang Bujang, General Manager, Group Legal Counsel, and was joined by Mr. Ruslan Abdul Ghani as the President/Group Chief Executive Officer of BPHB Group, together with other Leadership Team and employees in attendance.
 

The Corporate Integrity Pledge (CIP) is a national initiative that underscores an organization’s commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct. It reflects adherence to Anti-Corruption Principles and serves as a key measure in meeting the adequate procedures requirement under the Corporate Liability Provision of the MACC Act 2009, which mandates organizations to implement effective safeguards to prevent corruption within their operations.
 

This renewal of the CIP was witnessed by YB Tuan Iskandar bin Hj. Turkee and Senior Superintendent Glenn Lores, Head of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, Bintulu Branch, underscoring BPHB’s commitment to strengthening integrity and transparency across the Group.

BPHB remains steadfast in embedding a culture of integrity, accountability and ethical conduct, ensuring that its operations are aligned with the highest standards of governance.
