MANAGER, ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT
Job Description

THE JOB:

Strategize, plan, direct, and control all activities within the Enterprise Risk Management Department. This includes adopting a risk management framework, coordinating risk management programs and processes, integrating risk management into the organization’s planning and budgeting processes, and building a sound risk culture to achieve business objectives and goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategize, plan, direct, and control all activities within the Enterprise Risk Management Department.
  • Report, recommend, and advise Management on strategic mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate the annual Group-wide Risk Management program and provide recommendations to ensure effective implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external functions in project risk assessment and activities.
  • Integrate risk management into strategic, investment, and budget planning/decision-making processes.
  • Enhance risk awareness and risk culture within the organization.
  • Plan and facilitate the formulation of the Business Continuity Management strategy.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to support strategic direction, corporate prioritization, and strategy communication.
  • Monitor the Group's Risk Register and update risk reports to escalate key information on high risks.
  • Propose, allocate, and manage the department budget through effective planning and preparation.

Additional Details
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Enterprise Risk Management or Business Administration  or equivalent fields.
  • Professional certification in risk management is an added advantage.
  • Working Experience: At least 8 years of experience in port operation and/or risk management.
