Samalaju Industrial Port Sdn. Bhd. ("SIPSB" or "the Company") a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad ("BHB") has issued the Letter of Appointment cum Notice to Commence Works vide letter Ref: (100)BHB(SIPSB)/21.7/34 dated 5 September 2019 to East Marine Works Sdn. Bhd., 22-02, Jalan Elektron G U16/G, Denai Alam, 40150 Selangor Darul Ehsan for the above contract based inter alia on the following terms and conditions:-
1. SCOPE OF CONTRACT
Maintenance Dredging Works at Samalaju Industrial Port Sdn. Bhd., Samalaju, Bintulu, Sarawak.
2. CONTRACT SUM
The Contract Sum is for Ringgit Malaysia: Twenty Three Million Four Hundred and Fifteen Thousand (RM23,415,000.00) Only [Excluding Sales And Services Tax (SST)].
3. DURATION OF CONTRACT
The Letter of Appointment cum Notice to Commence Works thereof shall constitute an order for the contractor to commence works effective from 17 September 2019 until 16 February 2020.
