In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-
1) The date the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim was served on Samalaju Industrial Port Sdn Bhd (“SIP”).
2) A confirmation whether SIP is a major subsidiary of Bintulu Port Holdings Bhd ("BIPORT").
3) The total cost of investment in SIP.
4) Whether the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim has any financial impact on the BIPORT Group.
