CONTRACT NO. BHB-5/10/2016 THE SUPPLY OF STEVEDORING SERVICES TO BINTULU PORT SDN. BHD. |
Bintulu Port Sdn. Bhd. ("BPSB" or "the Company") a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad ("BHB") has issued the Letter of Acceptance Ref: (112)BHB(BPSB)/21.5/39 dated 6 December 2016 to Blessed General Contractor Sdn. Bhd., Lot 3364, No. 78, 1st Floor Parkcity Commerce Square, Phase 1, Jalan Tun Ahmad Zaidi, P.O Box 2777 Bintulu, 97000 Bintulu for the above contract based inter alia on the following terms and conditions:-
1. SCOPE OF CONTRACT
The Supply of Stevedoring Services to Bintulu Port Sdn. Bhd.
2. CONTRACT SUM
The Contract Sum is for Ringgit Malaysia: Fourteen Million One Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Six Hundred Forty Two and Sen Eighteen (RM14,195,642.18) only (including 6% GST).
3. DURATION OF CONTRACT
The duration of this contract shall be Thirty Six Months (36) Months from the date of Notice to Commence Services.
4. PENALTY
That the Superintending Officer reserves the right to deduct an amount from the monthly payment for services which in his sole opinion is not satisfactorily completed or for services not done as follows:-
