Cargo Description: 3 wooden pallets & 1 small box. (313 - 0084 2203) namun, layanan dari person in charge penama: Carina Joseph tel: 017-341 0832 / 086 - 851 308 sangat kurang memuaskan iaitu driver kami sudah sampai di destinasi jam pukul 9 pagi lagi, dan driver call PIC tersebut namun disuruh menunggu alasan sebab hari hujan dan tak disuruh loading. driver telah menunggu selama hampir 2 jam baru lah driver tersebut dilayan dan didatangi staff yang buat loading. driver kami telah membuang masa banyak semata-mata dengan alasan terpaksa menunggu hujan berhenti dan menyebabkan banyak barang dari customer lain tak dapat dihantar mengikut jadual driver yang telah ditetapkan. PIC tersebut juga menjawab dengan nada mahu tidak mahu sahaja bila saya bertanyakan (calling) hal tersebut dengan beliau sehari sebelum penghantaran untuk memberi kelonggaran memohon untuk menghantar selepas waktu rehat tengahari. tapi beliau menegaskan mesti hantar pagi sebelum jam 11 pagi. 1. jadi persoalan dari kami, ada kah tempat tersebut tidak mempunyai loading bay yang berbumbung untuk driver memunggah kargo ? 2. tidak ada kah department/ team dari bahagian operation sentiasa on standby untuk receive kargo yang datang? kami sangat berharap sekiranya layanan customer service diperbaik atau dipertingkatkan lagi quality dari pihak anda dan alert dengan barang kargo yang akan sampai ke tempat anda. ini untuk memudahkan urusan di antara kedua-dua belah pihak. sekian terima kasih. |
