Lead fire safety education, training, and procedural compliance programs to ensure adherence to fire safety laws and regulations. Focus exclusively on human factor prevention through education, awareness, and procedural compliance for internal staff and external stakeholders including port users, tenants, and contractors in accordance with Fire Services Act 1988, NFPA standards, and Bintulu Port Authority By-Laws.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and conduct comprehensive fire safety training programs for port employees, contractors, port users, and tenants including fire prevention awareness, evacuation procedures, and emergency protocols;
Ensure compliance with Fire Services Act 1988 procedures, manage hot work permit systems, develop work procedures, and oversee procedural adherence across all port operations;
Design and execute fire prevention campaigns, safety awareness programs, conduct mandatory safety orientations, and coordinate fire safety month activities;
Develop fire safety policies, procedures, and guidelines while maintaining training records, compliance certificates, and regulatory liaison with JBPM and authorities.

Diploma in any field with minimum CGPA: 2.70, and
At least 5-7 years experience in JBPM, Port Fire Rescue Service, or Airport Fire Rescue Service; and
