Program Overview: 

This is a 12-month program offering on-the-job training placements within the BPHB Group of Companies, including Bintulu Port Sdn Bhd, Biport Bulkers Sdn Bhd, Samalaju Industrial Port Sdn Bhd and Borneo Oil & Gas Supply Base Sdn Bhd.  

 Responsibilities: 

 MySTEP personnel will be required to perform various tasks as needed by the company's divisions and departments, covering both technical and non-technical fields.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in written and spoken English. 
• Strong analytical and influential skills. 
• Self-confidence and ability to work effectively in a team. 
• Self-motivated, resilient and adaptable 
• Strong sense of integrity and a positive attitude towards work. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Education: Fresh graduates in IT, Accountancy, Human Resources, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Audit, Marketing, or equivalent fields. 
• Academic Qualification: Bachelor's Degree from an approved Institution of Higher Learning with a minimum CGPA of 2.70. 
• Employment Status: Unemployed graduates or those without permanent jobs. 
• Citizenship: Malaysian citizens, preferably Sarawakians, aged 27 or below.
