BINTULU, 14 January: A total of 50 food baskets were donated by Yayasan Bintulu Port in conjunction with the 2025 Chinese New Year celebration through the annual Bintulu Port Prihatin initiative.
The donation was presented by Group Stakeholder Relations General Manager, Maslihah Tioh, to the Chairman of the Bintulu Tua Pek Kong Association, Sim Yong Huat, this morning.
According to Maslihah, this program is part of the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts in cheering up the Chinese community in Bintulu ahead of the Chinese New Year celebration at the end of this month.
"We hope that this donation can cheer up the Chinese community in Bintulu who will celebrate the Chinese New Year soon," he said.
He also added that Yayasan Bintulu Port is committed to continuing to help the community through various initiatives in the future.
