Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad (BPHB) took a significant step toward promoting environmental sustainability during its Tree Planting Program at Taman Millennium, Bintulu. En. Ruslan bin Abdul Ghani, BPHB's Group Chief Executive Officer, delivered an address during the event held on October 26, 2023, attended by Datu Haji Muhammad Yakup bin Kari, General Manager of Bintulu Development Authority (BDA).
The program highlighted the planting of Hopea Odorata trees, known for their resilience and native to the region. These trees symbolize sustainability and durability, illustrating BPHB's commitment to a greener future. A total of 600 trees will be planted in stages within this year.
