We refer to our announcements dated 1 August 2025, 7 October 2025 and 10 November 2025 in relation to the notices of assessment dated 31 July 2025 ("Notices") issued by the Inland Revenue Board ("IRB") for the years of assessment 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 amounting to RM6,746,412.30, RM10,998,368.64, RM12,671,920.51 andRM13,799,505.79, respectively.
An online case management session was held on 17 November 2025. During this session, the Court fixed 2 July 2026 as the hearing date for the Judicial Review application (Merits Stage). The Ad Interim Stay granted on 28 August 2025 will remain in effect until the said hearing
No material developments were recorded during the case management on 26 November 2025.
The Company will make further announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments on this matter.
