Bintulu Port Sdn. Bhd. ("BPSB" or "the Company"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad ("BPHB") has issued the Letter of Extension of Contract vide letter Ref: (151) BPSB/21.4/381 Jld. 3 dated 17 May 2022 to Sing Kiong Hong Dockyard Sdn. Bhd., No. 1 Road 3, Sungai Antu, 96000 Sibu, Sarawak for the above contract based, inter alia, on the following terms and conditions: - 1. SCOPE OF CONTRACT Hire of Two (2) Units 25 Tons Ship Handling Tugs Complete with Crew for Bintulu Port Sdn. Bhd. 2. CONTRACT SUM The Contract Sum is for Ringgit Malaysia: Fourteen Million Two Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Only (RM14,235,000.00) 3. DURATION OF CONTRACT The duration of this contract shall be Thirty-Six (36) Months effective 19 May 2022 until 18 May 2025, or until the expiry of the concession period for BPSB to operate Bintulu Port, whichever occurs first.
