We refer to our announcements dated 1 August 2025 and 7 October 2025 in relation to the notices of assessment dated 31 July 2025 ("Notices") issued by the Inland Revenue Board ("IRB") for the years of assessment 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 amounting to RM6,746,412.30, RM10,998,368.64, RM12,671,920.51 and RM13,799,505.79, respectively.
The Court has, upon the Company's request, deferred the hearing for the inter partes stay application to a date which will be fixed later. Accordingly, the hearing date of 20 November 2025 for the inter partes stay application has been vacated and the Court has fixed this matter for case management on 26 November 2025.
The Company will make further announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments on this matter.
