Bursa Announcement

We refer to the Company's announcement dated 1 July 2026.

The Board of Directors of Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad ("BPHB") is pleased to announce that the State Government of Sarawak, Bintulu Port Authority (Sarawak) and Bintulu Port Sdn Bhd ("BPSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of BPHB, have entered into a Heads of Agreement for the operation of Bintulu Port ("HOA"), effective 27 July 2026.

The purpose of HOA is to facilitate uninterrupted operation of Bintulu Port, record the interim contractual arrangements and to provide a framework pending the execution of the Port Operation Concession Agreement.

BPSB shall continue to control, manage and operate Bintulu Port and carry on the port undertakings in accordance with the applicable laws.
