Samalaju Industrial Port Sdn. Bhd. ("SIPSB" or "the Company") a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad ("BHB") has issued the Letter of Acceptance vide letter Ref. No.: (121)BHB(SIPSB)/21.7/42 dated 11 October 2021 to See Song & Sons Sdn. Bhd., 12-4, Jalan 2/114, Kuchai Business Centre, 58200, Kuala Lumpur for the above contract based inter alia on the following terms and conditions: - 1. SCOPE OF CONTRACT Maintenance Dredging Works at Samalaju Industrial Port Sdn. Bhd., Samalaju, Bintulu, Sarawak for Year 2021. 2. CONTRACT SUM The Contract Sum is for Ringgit Malaysia: Twenty Five Million and Two Hundred Ninety One Thousand One Hundred Forty and Sen Eighty (RM25,291,140.80) Only. 3. DURATION OF CONTRACT The duration of this contract shall be for a period of five (5) months effective from the date of Notice to Commence Works which will be issued separately.
