Bintulu Port Sdn. Bhd. ("BPSB" or "the Company") a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad ("BHB") has issued the Letter of Acceptance vide letter Ref: (120)BHB(BPSB)/21.5/72 dated 22 May 2020 to East Marine Works Sdn. Bhd., 22-02, Jalan Elektron G U16/G, Denai Alam, 40150 Selangor Darul Ehsan for the above contract based inter alia on the following terms and conditions:-
1. SCOPE OF CONTRACT Maintenance Dredging Works for Year 2020 at Bintulu Port, Bintulu, Sarawak. 2. CONTRACT SUM The Contract Sum is for Ringgit Malaysia: Fifty Million and Eight Hundred Thousand (RM50,800,000.00) Only [excluding Sales and Services Tax (SST)].
3. DURATION OF CONTRACT The duration of this contract shall be for a period of four (4) months effective from the date of Notice to Commence Works which will be issued separately.
