Bintulu Port Sdn. Bhd. ("BPSB" or "the Company") a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad ("BHB") has issued the Letter of Acceptance vide letter Ref: (112)BHB(BPSB)/21.5/85 dated 9 September 2021 to Harbour-Link Logistics Sdn. Bhd., Parkcity Commerce Square, Jalan Tun Ahmad Zaidi, 97000 Bintulu for the above contract based inter alia on the following terms and conditions: - 1. SCOPE OF CONTRACT The Supply, Delivery, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) Unit Quay Container Crane to Bintulu Port Sdn. Bhd. 2. CONTRACT SUM The Contract Sum is for Ringgit Malaysia: Twenty Seven Million Seven Hundred Thirty Six Thousand and Six Hundred (RM27,736,600.00) only. 3. DURATION OF CONTRACT The duration of this contract shall be twelve (12) months from the date of Notice to Commence Works which will be issued separately.
