Samalaju Industrial Port Sdn. Bhd. ("SIPSB" or "the Company") a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad ("BHB") has issued the Letter of Acceptance vide letter Ref. No.: (115)BHB(SIPSB)/21.7/41 dated 11 October 2021 to Harbour Services Sdn. Bhd., Wisma Harbour, Parkcity Commerce Square, Jalan Tun Ahmad Zaidi, 97000 Bintulu, Sarawak based, inter alia, on the following terms and conditions: - 1. SCOPE OF CONTRACT The Supply of Stevedoring Services to Samalaju Industrial Port Sdn. Bhd. 2. CONTRACT SUM The Contract Sum is for Ringgit Malaysia: Twenty-Two Million One Hundred Fifty One Thousand One Hundred Sixteen and Sen Seventy (RM22,151,116.70) Only (Including SST). 3. DURATION OF CONTRACT The duration of this contract shall be for a period of thirty-six (36) months effective from the date of Notice to Commence Works which will be issued separately.
